Privacy
Member data is private by default. We collect the minimum needed to run the product and never share what a member writes, tags, or saves with anyone outside their own account.
Data we collect
Application form details (LinkedIn URL, email, the post you submitted, what you'd contribute). Billing details handled by Stripe. Slack workspace membership. Chrome account used to install the extension.
When you run an MCP or AI command, we record that you ran it, never its contents. We have no interest in what you're doing or your private data. While it's open, the extension records the follower and connection counts it sees for people, companies, and groups. If you use the automation to send or receive messages, we pass the message through and record only that a message was sent, never its contents, recipient, or sender.
Data we don't collect
We don't scrape your inbox, your DMs, or contacts you haven't explicitly tagged. We don't observe other members' activity on your behalf. We don't resell anything.
Authentication and access
We are never exposed to your credentials for anything other than your backchannel.so account: not Slack, not LinkedIn, nothing else. We can only act in an account you have logged into yourself, and only in your Chrome browser for as long as both the MCP connection and the extension are active.
